Orders & Shipping

All orders are handcrafted and carefully checked before dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once your order is on its way. Every piece arrives in our signature CherishBox gift packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

We don't offer refunds to your original payment method. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at tasuenterprises@cherishbox.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video (mandatory). Once approved, we'll send a replacement, or store credit if a replacement isn't possible. Pearls also carry a lifetime warranty when cared for as advised. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please message us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund in wallet.

Caring for Your Pearls

Pearls are living gems and love gentle care. Put them on last, after perfume and makeup, wipe them with a soft cloth after wearing, and store them separately in their pouch away from harder jewellery. For deeper cleaning or restringing, reach out to us.
