Pricing and Payment
Payments for orders can only be accepted in INR. TASU Enterprises reserves the right to change product prices or offer discounts at any time.
In the event that payment has been made but the transaction appears to have failed, we will verify the transaction with our payment records. If the amount is successfully reflected in our account, we will confirm the transaction as successful. For unsuccessful transactions, TASU Enterprises shall not be responsible for indemnifying the customer beyond the applicable refund process.
Delivery Schedule
After a product is purchased, a tentative delivery date will be communicated. The exact delivery date may change due to various internal or external factors.
CherishBox will update customers in case of any changes to the delivery schedule via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Customers can also check their delivery status through the Track Order option.
TASU Enterprises shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Your Obligation
You are required to provide and maintain registration information that is true, accurate, complete, and current.
If any information provided is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, or if TASU Enterprises reasonably suspects that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or not in accordance with this User Agreement, TASU Enterprises may suspend or terminate your membership and restrict access to our website.
In the event of a delivery failure caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, including an incorrect name, address, or contact details, any additional delivery costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
Restriction
TASU Enterprises reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity or value of items purchased by you and to impose other restrictions that may apply to orders placed through the same account.
TASU Enterprises also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any individual where permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation
TASU Enterprises reserves the right to cancel or suspend an order for any particular area, locality, pin code, address, or user account where it is unable to deliver the product or identifies suspicious activity.
TASU Enterprises may request additional information before accepting or processing an order. We will notify you in the event of a partial or complete order cancellation.
Once an order is placed, it may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever occurs earlier.
Upon receiving an eligible cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process. Any approved refund will take a minimum of T+8 working days to be processed and will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Fraudulent Transaction
TASU Enterprises reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, damages caused to TASU Enterprises, and reasonable legal expenses from persons who use the website fraudulently.
TASU Enterprises also reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against individuals involved in fraudulent use of the website or any other unlawful acts, including acts or omissions that breach these terms and conditions.
Disclaimer
Every effort is made to display products on our website as accurately as possible in terms of colour and size. However, the actual product may differ slightly due to lighting conditions, photography, and the display properties or settings of your monitor or device.
We cannot guarantee that the colour or size displayed on your screen will be exactly the same as the actual product due to these factors.
