At CherishBox, we want your experience to be as lovely as the pearls themselves, from the moment you order to the moment your piece arrives. All orders are shipped through our trusted shipping partner, Shiprocket.

Dispatch and delivery

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will dispatch your piece at the earliest so it reaches your doorstep on time. Customised and made-to-order pieces may take a little longer, as they are crafted especially for you. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will keep you informed with shipment updates and tracking details.

Shipping within India

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India.

International shipping

International orders above US$1,000 ship free. For orders below this value, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

Payment

To keep every order secure, we accept prepaid payments only and do not offer Cash on Delivery.
