Domestic Shipping (India)

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

  • Ready-to-ship pieces: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Handcrafted or made-to-order pieces: Dispatched within 7–10 business days.
  • Bridal, custom, or special orders: Production timelines will be communicated separately.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, domestic deliveries generally arrive within 2–7 business days depending on location and courier service availability.

Tracking information will be shared via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.

For orders below this value, shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges

Such charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

CherishBox does not collect or control these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance.

Every CherishBox order is carefully packed in luxury gift-ready packaging designed to protect delicate pearl jewellery during transit.

All shipments are insured against loss or transit-related damage until delivery confirmation is received from the courier partner.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every CherishBox order is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity confirming the use of genuine pearls.

As pearls are natural creations, each piece possesses its own unique characteristics, ensuring that no two creations are exactly alike.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.

Customers can monitor their shipment's progress through the courier partner's tracking platform.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

CherishBox shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping expenses arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Any charges incurred for re-shipment will be borne by the customer.

Replacement Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery and the unique characteristics of genuine pearls, CherishBox does not offer returns or refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, styling expectations, or natural variations in pearls.

Eligible Replacement Requests

Replacement requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received damaged during transit.
  • Product received is incorrect.
  • Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery.

Reporting a Concern

To initiate a replacement request, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the packaging.
  • An uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

The unboxing video is required to assist in fair assessment and verification.

Natural Pearl Characteristics

CherishBox celebrates the individuality of real pearls.

Natural and cultured pearls may display unique characteristics including:

  • Irregular shapes
  • Natural growth marks
  • Variations in lustre
  • Surface textures
  • Slight differences in size and colour

These characteristics are not defects but evidence of authenticity and natural beauty.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or dispatch has not commenced.

Once an order enters production, customization, quality inspection, packaging, or shipping stages, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
