Domestic Shipping policy 

At CherishBox, our focus is to serve you with the best quality Pearl along with the best of the experiences. All the products shall be shipped by the shipping partner Shiprocket. Once the confirmed order post complete payment is received from the customer, we will try to ship the product at the earliest so that your products reach your doorstep timely. In case unlikely event, delay occurring due to whatever reason, CherishBox will timely inform you on the shipment updates so as to keep the customer well informed about the tracking of his ordered product. Customized product delivery will take more than usual. Any transaction with CherishBox attracts free shipment to customers.

Products purchased from CherishBox does not qualify for Cash on delivery.

International Shipping policy 

All the products shall be shipped by the shipping partner Shiprocket. In case unlikely event, delay occurring due to whatever reason, CherishBox will timely inform you on the shipment updates so as to keep the customer well informed about the tracking of his ordered product. Customized product delivery will take more than usual.
Each CherishBox international transaction will incur a shipping charge of approximately Rs.1500/-. Depending on the destination country, the cost will vary. The shipment will take 10-15 days approx., depending on the destination country.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is only valid within 24 hours of making payment, post which product qualify only for replacement as per replacement policy. The customized product does not qualify for cancellation/replacement as they are specifically made as per your style of choice

 

Replacement Warranty

Lifetime warranty for products purchased from CherishBox is limited to pearls only, provided the same are used as per guidelines specified. However, if the product received has a manufacturing defect or transit damage, the same needs to be informed within 48 hours of product delivery via e-mail at tasuenterprises@cherishbox.in with supporting pictures of the damage. The warranty does not cover breakage, deformation denting, etc. which might occur with normal wear and tear. Any damage arising from wear abuse, sizing, or any work done on your jewelry will not be covered. For any product returned under defect, the same will go under check by our quality team for inspection, and if defect found under manufacturing or transit, the same will qualify for replacement. Any claim arising in this limited warranty must be submitted with the original payment receipt and original packing with a warranty card. In case if the product is nonrepairable then a replacement product will be shipped to the customer. Such shipment can attract additional time than usual.
