Replacement Policy

At CherishBox, we take great pride in offering high-quality, Authentic Pearl Jewellery. We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive damaged or defective item, we offer an easy replacement policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Replacement

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement.
  2. Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you may request a replacement.
  3. Replacement Request Period: You must initiate a replacement request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  4. Condition of the Product: The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  5. Non-Eligible Items: Personalized, customized, or made-to-order jewellery pieces are not eligible for replacement unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  6. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue with the product.

The unboxing video should be unedited and recorded from the beginning of the unsealing of the package to ensure transparency.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at tasuenterprises@cherishbox.in with your order details and clear images of the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and confirm the replacement eligibility.
  3. Once approved, you will need to return the product in its original packaging.
  4. After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the replacement within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions

  • No replacements will be accepted without an unboxing video.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with any certificates, tags, or additional items included.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper storage, or wear and tear will not be eligible for replacement.
  • CherishBox reserves the right to reject any replacement request if the video does not clearly show the issue or if it appears to be tampered with.
  • Minor variations in color, shape, or size due to the natural properties of pearls will not be considered defects.
