Measure at home

Two easy ways. Measure the finger you'll wear the ring on.

With a thread or paper strip

1. Wrap it around the base of your finger, snug but not tight.
2. Mark where the ends meet.
3. Lay it flat against a ruler and measure in millimetres. That's your circumference.
4. Check it slides over your knuckle. If it doesn't, go by the knuckle measurement.

With a ring that fits you

1. Lay the ring flat on a ruler.
2. Measure straight across the inside, edge to edge, in millimetres. That's the inner diameter.

Getting the fit right

Fingers change size through the day. A few things that help:

• Measure in the evening, when fingers are at their fullest. Avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
• Between two sizes? Choose the larger one.
• Choosing a wide band or cocktail ring? Go half to one size up, as wider rings sit tighter.
• Your dominant hand is usually slightly larger, so measure the hand you'll wear it on.
• Buying as a surprise gift? Our adjustable rings fit most fingers comfortably.
