CherishBox offers genuine pearls. Every pearl has its own character, with slight variations in shape, size and colour that make each piece truly one of a kind. All images are of the actual product, photographed to show you maximum detail; however, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

Each order is carefully packaged in a single wooden box. If customers prefer individual boxes for each product, an additional charge of Rs. 500 will apply to cover the cost of additional packaging

2. Wipe after each wear — use a soft, dry cloth to remove any oils or residue from skin contact.

3. Store separately — keep in a soft pouch or lined box, away from other jewellery to prevent scratches.

4. Avoid water & chemicals — remove before swimming, showering, or cleaning.

5. Keep away from extreme heat & direct sunlight — prolonged exposure can dull the pearl's natural lustre.

6. Restring periodically — for necklaces/bracelets worn often, restring every 1-2 years to maintain strength.

7. Let them breathe — pearls are organic; avoid airtight plastic bags for long-term storage.

Returns & Replacements
As each piece is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help. Simply reach out to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video, and we'll arrange a replacement, or store credit if a replacement isn't possible. Kindly note that we do not offer reverse pickup.
